1.Booking

 

1.1. All appointments must be booked in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

 

2.1. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

 

2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

2.3. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (no-show) may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Appointment Confirmation & Communication

 

3.1. Clients will receive confirmation of their appointment at the time of booking.

 

3.2. Notifications may be sent via SMS and/or email.

 

3.3. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that contact details provided are accurate and up to date.

4. Salon Policies

 

4.1. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full service can be provided.

 

4.2. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled, subject to availability.

 

4.3. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where necessary, including in cases of inappropriate behaviour or non-compliance with salon policies.

 

5. Changes to Terms

 

5.1. Elegant Nail Room reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
